FS-19 Slicer is a quick slicing machine that can slice around 1500lbs and hour. Easy dismantling for cleaning (which fits in a D-carbonator for easy cleaning---see my other add on this site) and we have multiple blades that also switch out very easily. We used ours for slicing raw meat for jerky and the wider blade to cut the finished jerky into smaller pieces to fit in our bags. We have a three phase converter machine we could sell you as well if you don't have one for your facility.
