Fantastic programmable - fully digital - convection oven with steam injection. Five racks, half sheet size in a narrow profile to save space. Matching PM10 proofing / holding cabinet with 10 racks. Oven sits on top of this cabinet.Bought new in June 2025 for $14 500.00 Selling as I need a bigger oven and I will get the exact same oven in the full size version.
